If I am a victim of domestic violence and case got a continuance and I have not been subpoenaed for new date, do I have to go?

You do not have to appear if you were not personally served with a subpoena.

You only have to attend if you were subpoenaed for the new date, or if the judge ordered you to appear on that new date.
