I will be eligible to have my record expunged around April 26 of this year. I qualify according to statutes and have my documents about 95% complete. I know I have to file in the District Court. My question is when should I file and should I have an attorney review the documents before I file?

The expungement process is very detail-oriented and requires service of process on multiple entities. Also, proper preparation for the hearing is important. If you are unsuccessful in your Application, you will have to wait quite a while before trying again.
