Do I still pay my bail if it was exonerated?

More details to this question:
Am in Los Angeles CA. Aladdin bail bonds claims I still have a balance of 3,815.00. My bail was 60,000 then 10% is 6000. The bail was Exonerated by the court do I have to pay?

Exonerated means the bail money is released to who posted it. You signed a contract with them to post your bail. They did. You owe them.

Yes, if the money allegedly owed is part of the fee for the original bail. The fact that bail was eventually exonerated does not change the agreement on the original bail amount and fee agreement.

Yes. The bail agreement is a contract and you have to pay if they got you out whether it was for one day or one year.

If you have a contract with a bail bondsman, you owe whatever was agreed, regardless of the outcome of the case. Exonerated means the bondsman doesn't have to pay the $60k to the court, luckily for you.
