Can a third degree theft felony be expunged in Ohio? My boyfriend got this charge when he was 18 and now is 23. This is he first and only offense. It has completely ruined his life. He can't get a job or anything and it's clearly taken a toll on him. I just wanted to know if this was possible to turn his life around.
