More details to this question:
in oct I went to a typical asian massage parlor in north jersy. I had a table shower a nice massage that came with a happy ending. the girl did not offer anything or ask for money but I did tip her 40.00 and left, when I left a polce officer pulled me over and I asked him what i did and he said i did not have my signal on even thou i know i did.he asked me how my license was and i told him it was clean. than he ask me what went on in the massage parlor and at first i said nothin and he said oh come on you are not in trouble just tell me wqhat happen. so after several times i told him what i told you in the beginning he gave me my license back and told me never to come back. last week I receive a notice for a court apperance as a state witbness. so my main question is can i get in trouble by telling the judge this aganist the girl and also should i bring my own lawyer.

i just did a similar case. the male was charged with prostitution [for using the prostitute] because the police had an ulterior motive. they wanted to charge the female so that she would testify in a drug case. the male was in the wrong place at the wrong time. you do not want any charges on your record. you do not want your name involved. you can discuss with the prosecutor if you are comfortable. this person i represented had too much at stake and could not take any chances. we were able to resolve the matter without any problems. please call if we can help. ed dimon 732-797-1600 ext 235
