i am in partnership with my aunt in an LLC ice company in west haven ct.. for the last 5 years, she has since changed the locks on the business

she has since changed the locks on our business and shut me out from our acountant and finding credit card statements being used out of state and country and they have refused my attorneys request to meet with us to settle a buy out.. what they are doing is incriminating
