Need spousal loan agreement/document reviewed by licensed Virgina Lawyer and legally binded/notorized, not for divorce

Looking for a straightforward spousal/domestic loan contract/agreement, not for divorce. Basically, I can draft one and we just need it to be reviewed by an licensed attorney and legally enforced with notarization. If your firm does this, what is the turnaround time for document review/signing? Basic info = Husband loaning wife $45K over a 4 year term at 0% interest starting in Feb 2026 to pay off high interest credit card debt accumulated over marriage. This was due to financial hardship I encountered after relocating 4 years ago due to his job transfer from Los Angeles, California to Richmond, Virginia. this entails me expected to pay 50/50 mortgage/household expenses, furnish new home making significantly less salary than he has over the course of our marriage. He previously would not lend me money so i had to obtain a fraudulent loan with Upstart that includes a $23K fee imbedded within the loan terms/fees. What is review/signing turnaround time and is notarization included?
