Construction company needs guidance with mechanical lien placed on the property of a client who didnt pay for services rendered

More details to this question:
We are a construction company who unfortunately from time to time deal with clients who try to withhold payment after the work has been done. We recently placed a mechanical lien on the property of a client who didn't pay after we completed work on their property. We recorded a lien (under 10k) and now have 90 days to file it with the court in order to be paid. I wanted to know if there are any attorneys familiar with the proper form that needs to be filed on the property as well as any other actions that need to be done in order to ensure that no errors are made in this process. I found some templates of motions that are similar to what we need but can't find the exact wording it would need to have: I would really appreciate any feedback and guidance we can get from an experienced attorney. We seem to deal with this situation far too often and wish to avoid it happening to us in the future. Id we can discuss the situation more in depth, that would be amazing and much appreciated.

The benefits that accompany the additional security provided by the Mechanic's lien laws require strict compliance with the requirements to achieve these goals. Your timing on the need to file a lawsuit to perfect the lien filed is accurate. Unless you are an individual, you will need legal representation to do so. We would highly recommend you immediatly contact an attorney who is familiar with the requirements to determine what steps (and when) you need to take them. We are available for consultations to provide you the necessary insight for your immediate problem and how to deal with similar issues in the futurte.
