More details to this question:
I run two businesses and posted a job on a Facebook group. A person told people responding to my post that I was a scammer and I was in litigation for insurance fraud for more than 80K. None of this is true and I have screenshots with threats. How do I proceed? Or do I let these people get away with harming my name and business?

You should absolutely speak to an attorney about this. People cannot say whatever they please about businesses. This could severely harm your business, as you know, and should not be allowed to continue.
