I have medical bills and others in collections as well as judgement

Can I file bankruptcy to get rid of the medical bills as well as the judgement, I wasn't employed for along time due to an accident and tragedy in life, I recently returned to work, and now this judgement, which was charged off in dec 2010, is now coming after me with a notice of exemptions. I jst about get by paying my household bills, doctors, scripts, etc, I have about $150 left in month for emergency. Should I file bankruptcy, I feel like I'm drowning.
