going to file bankrupcy, how long do i have to wait after i charge large items on card to file

i have ms and applied for disability been denied 6 times. have to have it settled by 12/14 or i have to start over. losing about 30000 in back pay. can i leagly run my credit cards up pay miname for a certein amont of time or will the still want me to pay back that cards

It depends, but generally 90 days for credit cards and the like if the amounts are reasonable. If you charged up several thousand dollars in one or two months, that could be cause for the credit provider to object even if beyond 90 days.
